Conditions for Return/Refund
- Please notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receiving the product or accessing the service.
- Complaints made after 48 hours may not be eligible for return or refund.
- The product/service must be unused, and all original packaging, tags, manuals, and invoices must be intact.
- For physical products, kindly refuse delivery if the package is visibly tampered or damaged, and notify us immediately.
Return Process
- Once a valid complaint is received, we will evaluate and verify the issue.
- If approved, you may be asked to return the product using a reputed courier service within 1 day of complaint approval.
- Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
- Returns are subject to verification by our quality control team.
Refund Policy
- If your return is approved, a refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days of management approval.
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment or credited towards future services, as applicable.
- No refunds shall be issued for:
