Refund Policy – PACE Indore
At PACE Indore, we aim to provide the best possible learning experience to our students. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.
1. Fee Payment & Confirmation
All fees paid towards admission, registration, and course enrollment are subject to the terms mentioned below. Admission is confirmed only after full or partial payment of fees as per institute guidelines.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests will be considered only under the following conditions:
- If a student applies for cancellation before batch commencement, a refund may be processed after deducting the registration and administrative charges.
- If cancellation is requested within 7 days from the batch start date, only a partial refund will be applicable after deduction of fees for classes attended and administrative costs.
- If cancellation is requested after 7 days of batch commencement, no refund will be applicable.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- No refund shall be provided in the following situations:
- After attending demo classes and confirming admission.
- For online course access once login credentials are issued.
- For study material once provided (physical or digital).
- Due to student absence, discontinuation, or personal reasons.
- In case of violation of institute rules or misconduct.
4. Mode of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment mode only (bank transfer / UPI / cheque).
- Any transaction or gateway charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
5. Course Transfer Policy
Instead of refund, students may request a batch/course transfer, subject to availability and approval by management.
6. Management Rights
PACE Indore reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The decision of the management shall be final in all refund-related matters.
